Corporate calendar
The Corporate Calendar will allow the shareholders, the potential investors and all other interested parties to be informed about the terms in which they can receive the information they need about the financial and economic state of the company, and about planned and upcoming events during the fiscal year.
If any changes in company’s structure the Board of Directors of SPARKY ELTOS AD will inform the Financial Supervision Commission and make the necessary changes and will provide the updated calendar to the public, financial media and journalists.

Statute (available in Bulgarian language)
The statute of the company regulates the relations between the members of the company, the rights of the shareholders, the rights of the Governing Bodies, the rules concerning General Meetings and the reports on activities.
The statute of the company is consistent with the current Bulgarian legislation. In case amendments in the Bulgarian legislation, as a result of which certain decrees in the statute are found in contradiction with the law, legal requirements will have priority.
